AlteX Drone Compliance and Renewal course is designed for seasoned drone pilots preparing for license renewal in Canada. This 3-hour online course includes personnel management, operations workflow, and flight records to ensure compliance as well as efficiency. Course completion includes a completion certificate meeting Transport Canada’s renewal requirement.

Course intended for experienced drone pilots with 1+ years of flight experience.

1. Return Window
You may return products within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included components (e.g., batteries, chargers, cables, propellers, mounts).

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order number, or invoice is required.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will apply for opened or used items (unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part).

Contact Us: Email Support@speedydrone.ca or call 647-629-8799 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Package Securely: Include the RA number on the package. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

4. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (your choice).
Exchanges: Subject to product availability. Contact us to confirm stock before shipping your return.
5. Warranty Claims
Products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty will be handled per the warranty terms. Contact us for assistance with defects or malfunctions after the 30-day return window.
6. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
