2 | What You Must Provide

Original receipt / invoice and the same payment card (refunds post to that account).

All original box contents: product, manuals, cables, props, tools, stickers, bonus items, etc.

Security & bindings removed — un-bind the aircraft from your DJI account, disable Apple Activation Lock, turn off Android FRP, wipe internal media.

Government-issued photo ID to deter fraud.
Returned items that are incomplete, scratched, cracked, marked, or still account-bound may be refused or incur additional charges.

*A 20% deduction (pre-tax) applies if the factory seal is broken and the item is not proven defective. No fee on sealed-box returns or on DOA items.
Enterprise / Agriculture drones are excluded — they are non-returnable.
4 | Non-Returnable or “Final Sale” Items

Enterprise / Agriculture drones (DJI Agras series) — warranty service only.

Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) items — final sale unless Dead-on-Arrival (reported within 7 calendar days).

Digital download keys, training courses, DJI Care / Enterprise Shield, ProRes & CinemaDNG licenses.

Gift cards & pre-paid cards.

Open-Box items (unless damaged on arrival).

Repair parts & solder-on components.

PPE, consumables, inks, instant-film packs once opened.

Items damaged by misuse, alteration, liquid ingress, crashes, sand, or lightning.

Products missing or with tampered serial-number labels.
5 | How to Start a Return (RMA Required)

Email support@speedydrone.ca or use “Contact Us” to request an RMA number before shipping or bringing the item back.

Write the RMA on three sides of the carton; packages without an RMA are refused.
Packing Checklist

Anti-static bag for electronics.

2 in / 5 cm bubble-wrap or rigid foam around the item.

Sturdy double-wall corrugated box — no envelopes.
-
For multiple items, pack each separately; nothing should move inside.

Ship with a traceable, signature-required service (UPS, Purolator, FedEx, Canada Post XpressPost) and insure for full value.
Damage caused by poor packing or missing RMA voids warranty evaluation; such items will be returned unrepaired.

Original outbound shipping is non-refundable unless the item is confirmed defective.
7 | Refund & Exchange Processing

Inspection: 3–5 business days after arrival.

Refunds: issued to original payment method within 5 business days of approval.

Bundles: If you keep part of a discounted bundle, the refund equals the bundle price minus the regular price of kept items. Bonus (“free”) items must be returned with the paid item for a full refund.
8 | Shipments Refused, Unclaimed, or Address Errors
Parcels returned undeliverable (wrong address, refusal, unclaimed) will be:

Refunded minus original outbound freight and carrier return charges, or

Re-shipped after you pay a second shipping fee.
