Shipping and Return Policy
This 3-hour session includes hands-on flight training to prepare you for Transport Canada’s Drone Flight Review. Additional industry application training is also provided based on individual student’s interest and flight skills.
Book your flight training session at least 2 days in advance. You may reschedule 2 days prior to session time. Details and availability in Flight Training Scheduling module upon registration.

DURATION & SCHEDULE
- Learning Hours: 3 Hours Instructor-led flight training, 1 Free Solo flight practice day on AlteX Flight Field during public days
- Schedule: Sessions available every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.
- Access Duration: You have 90 Days to schedule a training session with AlteX
- Upon registration you can register for preferred session time on AlteX Academy learning portal. You can also reschedule with minimum 48 hours’ notice.
- Optional: DJI Phantom 4 Pro V2 or Mavic 2 Pro included for training.
DIFFICULTY & PREREQUISITE
Pass Transport Canada RPAS (Drone) Pilot Advanced Written Exam. Students are required to be capable of verbal communication in English.

1. Return Window
You may return products within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included components (e.g., batteries, chargers, cables, propellers, mounts).

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order number, or invoice is required.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will apply for opened or used items (unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part).

Contact Us: Email Support@speedydrone.ca or call 647-629-8799 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Package Securely: Include the RA number on the package. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

4. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (your choice).
Exchanges: Subject to product availability. Contact us to confirm stock before shipping your return.
5. Warranty Claims
Products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty will be handled per the warranty terms. Contact us for assistance with defects or malfunctions after the 30-day return window.
6. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
