DJI Drone Training is a comprehensive equipment training course to help you fly DJI drones with confidence, efficiency, and safety.
AlteX courses are designed in a practical order to help you properly set up a drone after purchase, understand the basic control system and take the first flight. Then dive deep into detailed system settings and the various flight safety features. In addition to flight and system handling, the course also covers battery management, drone maintenance and flight records to help pilots manage operations and drone equipment.

INTRO LEVEL - Students are required to own or use a DJI Drone.

1. Return Window
You may return products within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included components (e.g., batteries, chargers, cables, propellers, mounts).

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order number, or invoice is required.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will apply for opened or used items (unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part).

Contact Us: Email Support@speedydrone.ca or call 647-629-8799 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Package Securely: Include the RA number on the package. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

4. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (your choice).
Exchanges: Subject to product availability. Contact us to confirm stock before shipping your return.
5. Warranty Claims
Products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty will be handled per the warranty terms. Contact us for assistance with defects or malfunctions after the 30-day return window.
6. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
