*Please use the Replacement Lens Kit in a clean, dust-free indoor environment with less than 60% humidity. If the humidity is too high, use a dehumidifier to remove excess moisture from the air. Avoid using when the humidity is over 60% or outdoors to prevent the lenses from fogging or collecting dust.

Notes
1. Place a lens cloth under the camera to avoid scratching the lens.
2. It's recommended to wear disposable gloves when replacing the lens. Avoid touching the new lens directly with your hands to prevent dirt or marks.
3. If you experience any of the following conditions, do not continue to replace the lens:
- Deformed lens ring
- Worn lens ring
- Worn lens ring thread
- Dirt or debris inside the inner lens that's hard to clean
- Worn lens grip tool

1. Return Window
You may return products within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included components (e.g., batteries, chargers, cables, propellers, mounts).

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order number, or invoice is required.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will apply for opened or used items (unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part).

Contact Us: Email Support@speedydrone.ca or call 647-629-8799 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Package Securely: Include the RA number on the package. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

4. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (your choice).
Exchanges: Subject to product availability. Contact us to confirm stock before shipping your return.

Products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty will be handled per the warranty terms. Contact us for assistance with defects or malfunctions after the 30-day return window.
