Notes
  1. Improper maintenance may affect product performance. To ensure the Dive Case is operating correctly, test it before each use by shutting the case and immersing it in water for 3 minutes. Then, use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the Dive Case. Open the case and check that there is no moisture inside. If there is, do not use the case.
  2. Avoid submerging the Dive Case in deep water without the camera inside. High water pressure may cause damage to the Dive Case.
  3. It is not advised to use the Dive Case underwater for longer than 1 hour. Prolonged exposure to water pressure increases the risk of water ingress.
  4. Before placing the camera in the Dive Case, ensure that the camera lens and the inside of the case are clean.
  5. When closing the Dive Case, ensure that rubber seal is intact and in good condition, and the parts in contact with the seal are clean and free of sand, dirt, dust, and other particulate matter.
  6. Do not open the Dive Case in a location with a lot of sand, dirt, dust, or other particulate matter which could damage the inside of the case or the camera.
  7. After closing the Dive Case, check that the rubber seal is fully closed and that there is no particulate matter stuck inside the Dive Case.
  8. The Dive Case is not shock-resistant. Applying strong vibrations, shocks, or pressure to the case may result in damage, failure, or reduced waterproofing performance. Avoid using the Dive Case in high-intensity activities where strong impacts are likely to occur.
  9. Do not open the Dive Case when it is wet.
  10. After using the Dive Case in saltwater, clean the case with a soft, dry cloth, remove the camera, then close the case and soak it in fresh water for 5–10 minutes. If the Dive Case is not soaked after being used in saltwater, residual salt may damage the waterproofing. After soaking the Dive Case in fresh water, rinse it gently under a faucet. Do not apply high-pressure water jets, as this may damage the waterproofing of the Dive Case.
  11. Ensure that the Dive Case is firmly closed before washing. After washing the Dive Case, wipe away any water droplets remaining on the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not dry it with a hair dryer, clothes dryer or stove.
  12. Ensure there is no sand on the Dive Case before drying. Sand may scratch the product surface when wiped with a cloth.
  13. Do not store the Dive Case in a hot and humid environment.
  14. Do not wash the Dive Case with soap, neutral detergent or alcohol cleaning products. This may degrade the waterproofing performance.
  15. Do not clean the Dive Case with organic solvents (such as diluents, alcohol or gasoline).

All shipments are packed in new corrugated cartons with anti-static or foam protection for electronic items.

 

3. Estimated Domestic Transit Times

  • Ontario: 1–2 business days
  • Quebec, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia: 2–3 business days
  • Atlantic Provinces (NB, NS, PE, NL): 3–5 business days
  • Remote Territories (NT, NU, YT): 3–10 business days (weather-dependent)

Same-day dispatch: Orders confirmed and paid before 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (Monday–Friday) leave our warehouse the same day. Orders placed after that cutoff, on weekends, or on public holidays ship the next business day.

4. Order Processing & Tracking

  1. 24-hour rule: All in-stock items ship within 24 hours of order confirmation, except weekends or when an item is flagged pre-order or back-order. (DJI Enterprise/DJI Agras are Excluded)
  2. Tracking: You will receive an automated email with a tracking link once the label is generated. Updates may take a few hours to appear.
  3. To check status at any time, log into your Speedy Drone account or email support@speedydrone.ca.

5. Address Changes & Alternate Addresses

  • Credit-card payments: email the alternate shipping address to support before dispatch.
  • PayPal payments: for security, we must ship to the confirmed PayPal address.
  • Hotel or temporary addresses: contact us before ordering; signature-on-delivery will be required.

 

6. Signature Requirement & Liability

All parcels ship signature-required by default. If you instruct the carrier to waive signature or leave the package unattended, risk of loss or theft transfers to you upon delivery scan, and Speedy Drone cannot file a carrier claim on your behalf.

7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect the carton before signing the driver’s manifest.
  • Report visible damage, missing items, or shipment errors to support@speedydrone.ca within five (5) business days of delivery. Retain all packaging for carrier inspection.
  • Claims filed after five days may be denied.

 

8. Back-Orders & Split Shipments

Unless you request otherwise, we ship the order once all items are in stock. To receive available items immediately, place separate orders or contact us to arrange partial shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

10. Undeliverable or Rejected Packages

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, we will deduct the original outbound shipping fee and carrier return cost from any refund. Reshipment will incur a new shipping charge.

11. Shipping Rate Fluctuations & Promotions

Shipping fees displayed at checkout reflect live carrier rates and may vary with fuel surcharges or Speedy Drone promotions. We reserve the right to update rates without prior notice.

SpeedyDrone Canada – Returns & Exchanges Policy

At SpeedyDrone Canada, we are committed to ensuring a transparent, balanced, and fair shopping experience for all customers. To that end, we have established the following Returns and Exchanges Policy, which outlines the terms and procedures applicable to purchases made directly through Speedydrone.ca. Customers are encouraged to review the entirety of this policy prior to initiating any return or exchange request.

1. Return Window

• Customers may request a return, exchange, or store credit within thirty (30) calendar days from the official date of delivery as recorded by the carrier.

 • To qualify for consideration, the product must be in unused, unopened, and undamaged condition, and must include all original packaging materials as well as any accessories, manuals, and components supplied at the time of sale (including but not limited to batteries, chargers, cables, propellers, and mounting hardware).

2. Conditions Governing Returns 

• Proof of Purchase: All returns must be accompanied by a valid purchase receipt, order number, or invoice. 

• Restocking Fee: Where an item has been opened, used, or otherwise bears signs of handling, a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee shall be deducted from the refund amount, except where the return arises from an error attributable to SpeedyDrone Canada or from a product defect. 

• Non-Returnable Items: For reasons of product classification, regulatory compliance, and supply chain integrity, the following items are strictly excluded from eligibility for return or exchange: 

• DJI Enterprise and Agricultural drones and their related accessories 

• Digital products, license keys, and activation codes

3. Return Authorization & Procedure

To ensure efficient processing and to safeguard the condition of returned goods, customers are required to adhere to the following steps:

  •  Contact Customer Support: Initiate your request by emailing Support@speedydrone.ca or calling 647-629-8799 to obtain a unique Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • Package Properly: Securely package the item(s), ensuring the RA number is clearly indicated on the exterior of the shipment. The use of a traceable shipping service is strongly recommended, as SpeedyDrone Canada cannot assume responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.

4. Refunds & Exchanges 

• Refunds: Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within five (5) to seven (7) business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless the customer elects to receive store credit. 

• Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time the request is processed. Customers are strongly encouraged to confirm availability with our support team prior to shipping the original item back to us.

5. Warranty-Related Claims Products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty shall be serviced or replaced in accordance with the specific warranty terms provided by the manufacturer. Customers seeking assistance with warranty claims after the thirty (30) day return period may contact SpeedyDrone Canada for guidance and facilitation.

6. Shipping Costs All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is necessitated by an error on the part of SpeedyDrone Canada (e.g., incorrect item shipped, verifiable product defect).

7. Scope & Amendments 

• This policy applies exclusively to purchases made directly through Speedydrone.ca. Purchases made via third-party retailers or resellers must be addressed with the original point of sale.

 • SpeedyDrone Canada reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend or update this policy at any time. Any modifications will be posted to our website and shall take effect immediately upon publication.
