DJI Zenmuse X9 Counterweight
The X9 Gimbal Camera can switch to an M mount unit to work with M-mount lenses. For more details, check the DJI Ronin 4D Lens Compatibility list.
X9 supports interchangeable lens mounts, including DJI’s proprietary DL mount as well as third-party mounts like Leica M. Lenses like ultra-wide, f/0.95 large-aperture lenses that are compatible with these mounts also work on X9, providing flexible lens options.

1. Return Window
You may return products within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included components (e.g., batteries, chargers, cables, propellers, mounts).

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order number, or invoice is required.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will apply for opened or used items (unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part).

Contact Us: Email Support@speedydrone.ca or call 647-629-8799 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Package Securely: Include the RA number on the package. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

4. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (your choice).
Exchanges: Subject to product availability. Contact us to confirm stock before shipping your return.
5. Warranty Claims
Products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty will be handled per the warranty terms. Contact us for assistance with defects or malfunctions after the 30-day return window.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
