DJI Matrice 4D Series Low-Noise Anti-Ice Propellers
Overview
Low-noise anti-ice propellers ensure stable flight even in freezing rain conditions. The silent design reduces noise during operations. Each propeller blade has been put under precise dynamic balance tests to increase flight time with less noise, higher aerodynamic efficiency and lower power consumption.
Tips
1. Mount and use the propellers strictly according to the user manual.
2. If the propellers become deformed or damaged during use, they should be replaced promptly. When replacing propellers, be sure to simultaneously replace the corresponding washers and screws. Do not reuse them.
3. Please use the propellers from the same package and do not mix them with propellers from other packages.
4. Do not scratch the surface of the propellers or touch them directly with your fingers. Do not use oil-based or alcohol-based solvents to clean the propellers, as this may damage the anti-icing layer on the surface.
5. After 450 flights with the anti-ice propellers, it is recommended to replace the propellers to maintain good anti-ice performance.

1. Return Window
You may return products within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included components (e.g., batteries, chargers, cables, propellers, mounts).

Package Securely: Include the RA number on the package. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

4. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (your choice).
Exchanges: Subject to product availability. Contact us to confirm stock before shipping your return.
5. Warranty Claims
Products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty will be handled per the warranty terms. Contact us for assistance with defects or malfunctions after the 30-day return window.
