The DJI Matrice 300/350 Series Dual Gimbal Connector is a specialized accessory designed to enhance the capabilities of the Matrice 300 RTK drone. This connector allows for the mounting of dual payloads to the bottom of the drone, expanding its versatility and application in various fields.

- Waterproof Grade: Boasts an IP44 waterproof grade, ensuring safe operation with waterproof payloads as defined in IEC 60529.

- Easy Installation: Includes all necessary components for a hassle-free setup, with a recommendation to turn off the drone and remove the battery before replacement for safety.

1. Return Window
You may return products within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included components (e.g., batteries, chargers, cables, propellers, mounts).

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order number, or invoice is required.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will apply for opened or used items (unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part).

Package Securely: Include the RA number on the package. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

4. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (your choice).
Exchanges: Subject to product availability. Contact us to confirm stock before shipping your return.

Products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty will be handled per the warranty terms. Contact us for assistance with defects or malfunctions after the 30-day return window.
