Shipping and Return Policy
Engineered for DJI O4 video transmission with an integrated antenna design, it is lighter than its predecessor and boasts a longer operating time. The control sticks are extended by 2 mm, catering to single and dual-fingered control. In addition to Normal and Sports modes, the DJI FPV Remote Controller 3 offers Manual mode, better suited for advanced players to practice and master more sophisticated skills.

1. Return Window
You may return products within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included components (e.g., batteries, chargers, cables, propellers, mounts).

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order number, or invoice is required.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will apply for opened or used items (unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part).

Package Securely: Include the RA number on the package. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

4. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (your choice).
Exchanges: Subject to product availability. Contact us to confirm stock before shipping your return.

Products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty will be handled per the warranty terms. Contact us for assistance with defects or malfunctions after the 30-day return window.
