Shipping and Return Policy
Our complete Advanced Drone License with flight training is the ultimate drone license program. It includes our flagship Drone Ground School, 1-day in person Flight Training and the final Flight Review. A free training drone is provided with both Flight Training and Flight Review.
Program Bonus: Extended 1-year program access. Free Drone Rental for Flight Training and Flight Review.
DURATION & SCHEDULE
- Learning Hours: 24 Hours Online Learning + In-Person Session (1 Hour Flight Review + 3 Hours Flight Training)
- In-Person Schedule: Sessions available every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.
- Access Duration: Extended 6 Months (or 12 Months with Flight Training) Access to the program after enrollment.

1. Return Window
You may return products within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included components (e.g., batteries, chargers, cables, propellers, mounts).

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order number, or invoice is required.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will apply for opened or used items (unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part).

Contact Us: Email Support@speedydrone.ca or call 647-629-8799 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Package Securely: Include the RA number on the package. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

4. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (your choice).
Exchanges: Subject to product availability. Contact us to confirm stock before shipping your return.
5. Warranty Claims
Products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty will be handled per the warranty terms. Contact us for assistance with defects or malfunctions after the 30-day return window.
6. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
